Private transfers
Should you wish to book your private airport transfer please fill in the related section in the booking form. This service will be provided at your own charge.
Arrival and departure transfers from Balice Kraków Airport to the hotels or ICE Kraków Congress Centre and back will be provided on request with a charge of 120 PLN one way, by car (for up to 3 passengers). Transfer booking is made on the basis of 100% payment by credit card (we accept VISA and Mastercard) or bank transfer to Symposium Cracoviense bank account within 7 days from the day of booking. You can book your transfers together with hotel accommodation online, by filling in the proper space in the booking form. When the payment for the transfer is received we will send you an invoice issued by Symposium Cracoviense.
